The electric pump MA180 is a model of volumetric self-priming pump with direct diaphragm particularly suitable for the transfer of corrosive liquids and/or contaminated liquids of a certain viscosity.

Head in PP (polypropylene), EPDM or PTFE

Membranes, valves in PTFE and stainless steel AISI 316.

The pump MA180 can be supplied in four(4) different speeds and two basic versions:

1. With adjustable flow-rate with stroke length regulation and spring return,

flow-rates range from 150 to 1600 liters/hour,

2. With fixed flow-rate with positive return rod, with higher suction capacity

flow-rates range from 800 to 2400 l/h,

Maximum pressure 1.5 Bar.

Specifically designed for applications in wich, by choice or necessity, you can not use compressed air.

Dry run capability and watertight operation are ensured without the need for a stuffing box or seals, as the pumped fluids come into contact exclusively with the wetted components of the pump head, and not with the mechanical drive elements of the pump assembly.

The M25-35 series of plunger dosing electric pumps is suitable for dosing highly aggressive chemical products, acids and bases, hydrocarbons and solvents.

Head in PVC or stainless steel AISI, mechanical machining from solid blocks to maximize the quality of the finished product compared to injection-molded solutions. 

Immersed parts in contact with the pumped liquid are made of materials with high chemical and mechanical resistance

Piston is made of technical ceramic with 99.9% alumina or AISI 316 or 304 stainless stee

Flow-rates from 44 up to 1566 l/h,

Maximum pressure up to 30 Bar. (Optional up to 60 Bar.)

The flow rate adjustment is carried out manually with the piston stroke or, on request, via an electromechanical or inverter positioner, also with an external 0-20 mA signal.

Specifically designed for applications in wich, by choice or necessity, you can not use compressed air.

Other models are available with flow rate ranges from 3 to 350 L/h and a maximum pressure of 150 bar.

Lower pressures can be achieved using a rubber membrane pressing element, offering high chemical resistance.

Special versions for specific applications can also be customized upon request.
