IPL 10 FS

Small/medium batch dosing of challenging products

The IPL10 FS system is designed for small to medium product series bottling, particularly for acid, basic, and foamy products, as well as any items requiring high dosing accuracy. This highly efficient, versatile, and reliable system replaces larger, more complex setups while offering a competitive price and small dimensions. It is simple and intuitive to use, with a dosing accuracy of ± 5% as standard.

The system includes the IPL10 TIMER series dosing pump mounted on an INOX steel support, which houses a 10L product container and a front delivery terminal. For enhanced precision, an optional professional electronic scale can be added to control the dosed volume. The entire system is fully customizable to meet the specific needs of the customer.

• Pump flow rate ranges from 24 to 200 l/h, adjustable based on customer requirements (filling times, hourly intervals, required precision, etc.)

• Back support designed for housing a 10L container

• Disposable polyethylene terminals for optimal cleaning and safety
